Some recruit through major job platforms, while others post opportunities quietly through their own career pages, university networks, internships, campus hiring, or recruitment drives.

That’s why The Company Directory brings together 750+ company names in one place giving you a much wider pool of employers to explore instead of repeatedly seeing the same familiar names.

And that creates a simple but important problem:

I didn’t want this to become another giant spreadsheet filled with company names that looks impressive but doesn’t actually help you take the next step. The idea was to build something much more practical — a resource that answers the question “Where can I actually look?” Each entry is centered around a company and its career page, giving you a direct place to explore current openings, internships, graduate roles, and other opportunities.

Look Beyond The Obvious

This directory isn’t telling you to stop applying to the biggest companies. You absolutely should.

It’s about making sure they aren’t the only companies you apply to.

A wider search means a wider opportunity pool. A company you have never heard of could be hiring for the exact kind of role you want. It could have an internship, an entry-level position, a specialized opening, or a hiring process that simply never reached your feed. You won’t know unless you look.
